37. You look for a job for weeks. The moment you decide to move to another city, the very day you are set to leave, a call arrives offering you a job.
38. You buy a game at the full price of $60. The next day it not only goes on sale for $15, but it comes with all the extras.
On #37:
That’s so true! So my dad looked for over a year for a job in Michigan and he couldn’t find one, and then TWO WEEKS after we moved all the way to Kentucky, he got a job in Michigan.

So did he stay in Kentucky?

So we lived in Kentucky for two months, but we didn’t like Kentucky. So then we moved back to my hometown and lived there for about nine months. Then we traveled around and stayed with various relatives for a month. And then a couple months ago we moved to a new city in Michigan where my dad’s job is located. Where we will hopefully stay for a while.

I’ve experienced the reverse of #38: something’s on sale, but by the time you get around to buying, it’s gone back up. And you didn’t bring enough money!
